Complete 5 sets of 5 reps at the same weight.

    Find back squat a little awkward to go heavy with if not performing it regularly, so played it safe. I was definitely a little twisted/skewed and couldn’t figure out why. Afterwards did quite a lot of stretching mobility work and resquated @40kg and it was much better…R hip tightness.

    Felt comfortable and technique was very solid. Happy with this one.
