Eat well, stretch and get to bed early.  Try no booze, caffeine or sugar for one day.  I bear no responsibility for your aberrant social behaviour during these 24 hours though…

    We decided to do the Games CHIPPER WOD today as a final killer session before taking a break for a couple of weeks…
    Scaled/subbed (Hanna’s in brackets) to:
    15 x BB Cleans @ 50kg (30kg)
    30 x Toes 2 Bar
    30 x Box Jumps
    15(10) x HSPUs (head to focus pad)- no rings for MUs
    30 x Push Press @ 20kg(10kg)
    30 x Double Unders
    15 x Thrusters @50kg (20kg)
    30 x Pullups (Ass @ 35)
    30 x Burpees (Chest to focus pad)
    2 laps of gym (~80m) x OH Lunge @ 20kg (10kg)
    Ben: 26:31 and destroyed. Humbling workout…no one exercise was that bad, just the accumulation of fatigue and muscle damage kills you.
    Hanna: 28:52 and proud.
