To the Speed Bump and Back

(CF trainers W.O.D 02.12.09)

10 rounds each @ 60kg

  • 1 power clean
  • 3 hang squat clean
  • 2 push press/jerk
  • Sprint 30 meters.

Total of 20 rounds per team. While the first person runs, the second person starts their lifts. Work together and coach each other on form, and of course finish first!
