Q: Best way to warm up for squat cleans?
A: Front squats and hang power cleans, to hang squat cleans probably.
A Rachel…. didn’t you do 11 total in the 5 minutes we had last night?
Thanks all, ended up doing the Burgener warmup and then tackled a slightly modified bear, 4 rounds by 5 reps (I think rx’d is 7 reps) at 40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 50kg

Don’t try to take my double under glory from me bitch!
How about the Burgener warm up? I’m not sure myself….what does everyone think?
Excuse me, who’s the bitch? Do a pullup!
Burgener would be a good warmup then work into weighted hang cleans.
Listen…that yellow band needs me…!!
Craig, Eu Jin and Andrew are spot on.
If all else fails do a standard CFWU then some power cleans and front squats. Game on!
