Beep Test
Police recruits are required to pass level 7.1 of the beep test. I”m sure you can out run a cop!?
or
10 x 50m sprints.
Maximal effort on every sprint. Walk back to the start line between sprints as a rest period.

    Don’t know about out running a cop, but a security guard, definately.

    lol you should be able to do it easy… Army entry is 7.5 and you can pretty much walk that….
