From the Hard”n Up Challenge 2009:

  • 100 reps shoulder to full lockout over head @ 40/20
  • 10 KB swings @ 24kg if the bar drops below shoulder

    That workout was hard.
    It was the kettlebell swings that hurt the most.
    It felt abit awkward doing 40kg with kettlbells. Next time I’ll give the barbell a shot.
