    My 2 cents. I like the idea but think its better suited to a forum environment rather than the gym. I’d much prefer to work on a skill. Something like a muscle up or oly lift masterclass.

    Hey guys thx for the feedback we appreciate it all. As coaches it is crucial we start to place more importance on nutrition for everyone at the gym. Managing your nutrition is even more important than working on a skill. Matt and rees you guys both hv great body comp so I can understand why it may not be as big a focus for you both. However I think for the majority of people much more focus needs to be placed on nutrition as it is an area a lot of people struggle with. Nxt time it comes up I want to see a lot more of you in the gym! Thx for all that showed up and thx to Salvador for bringing in his food diary. See u all tmrw!
    Also for those that are interested about 10:30 we r getting a group together to help push ango thru a workout with some competition. If u think ur up for the challenge come down to the open gym tmrw.
