150 Pushups
13 May 2010
150 push-ups (for time)
- Every time you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 4x10m shuttle. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push-ups.
- You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you cannot do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted and a 4x10m shuttle sprint must be completed.
- Record time and number of penalties
Scale as required by reducing reps. (e.g. 50, 75, 100 …)

Towards my last few sets my hips were dropping a little but I was still getting full ROM ie chest to ground and full extension.
