If not, catch up on a WOD from the previous 7 days.
Or work on a single technique that needs work
If you are training in the coming days avoid presses and power cleans.

Worked on strength, surpine rows, push-ups & pullups x 10 I didn’t count the rounds
5×5 OHS Tech & some myofascial release.
Back Squats and hungarian squats with Simon
Worked on Back Squats – trying to get my knee back in working order.5 Rounds of 5 at 45 kgs. 3 Rounds of 3 at 60 kgs(Only 5 kgs of my pre injury 3 rep max – nearly there!)
