It is just plain nasty.
6am
Carol 14:32 @ 24kg (bwt=58kg)
Anne-Marie 15:11 @ 29kg (55kg)
Simon C 13:35 @ 70kg (95kg)
Tim 13:50 @ 60kg (74kg)

Vanessa 12:26 @ 29kg (?)
Kaaren 14:00 @ 29kg (50kg)

Simon, Michael and Tim lost time as they started heavier but were unable to clean the load after the first row. Be warned: this may happen to you too.
Great intensity shown this morning. Thank you!
A killer of a workout, the name fits perfectly. The ladies should have gone first, seeing the men in pain freaked us out.
I did this with intern Ben. He used 80, I used 82.5. He did it in 13:20, me 13:25. Love this WOD!!
This looks like such a barstard. Gonna do it this arvo and hopefully not throw up!
It definately was a bastard, my throat was burning & my legs wanted to give up.

nice WOD.
Damn Jason. First, it’s unbelievable that you did it RX’d, and then that you did it in 11:22. Great effort!
I think we might need to kneecap Jason. It’s unacceptable for someone to come in and crush WODs with such reckless abandon. )
