Run the half gasser (2x50m) every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes.

Record the time for each effort.

    nice lactate work on this one, I didnt know there was gonna be a present starting the 3rd minute. But just for clarification the 2 x 50, is that the same as 1 x 100, but with a turnaround halfway through? coz thats what I did. 1)21.72 2)23.47 3)27.11 4)25.34 5) 25.10 6)23.83 7) 28.36 8)23.78 9)25.55 10) 29.50 11)25.10 12) 28.14…1 x 100 = first half slight incline up, 2nd half slight incline down. distance was probably slightly greater than 100m. this is basically like sprinting 1.2km with some walking in between in about 5minutes.
