Work on it. Perhaps superset with another movement that needs work.

    Stop the press! Gav actually ticked off the WHOLE sheet and actually makes him the FIRST level one member at CF:VIC, get amongst it!

    ps Hey CFV. Is some one going to explain the the theory/reasoning behind the grading and what it is leading to? Clearly a lot of work has gone into this and it must be for more than just something to do on rest days and to identify where you have a weakness to work on?
