AMRAP in 10min:

  • 10 squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • 50m sprint

  1. Warm up – hill sprints on 20 degree hill
    WOD on Skenes Creek Beach
    5 rounds + 10 squats + 10 push ups on knees (arms died)
    Then 5 minute cold water submersion in Bass Strait – you know it’s cold when your balls start aching

    (50m sprint was done inside and had to do 5 x 10m shuttle instead)
