Great session this morning. Don’t forget to keep working on opening up those shoulders and increasing mobility.

A few things to nail in this movement; throw the bar off your shoulders and throw yourself down low enough to lock the bar overhead. The arms aren’t pushing the bar, your hips propel it upwards then you shoot downwards. This will take some time and LOTS of practice until it feels comfortable. I don’t feel 100% with the movement yet. Well done to all those who achieved PBs and to those who took a sensible ego check and worked at lighter weights to improve their technique.
