Rest day

Focus on stretching and recovery today.
If you’re sore, then pay attention to that area.
If you’re tight, stretch and move around that joint and local area.

  1. Thank you to Ben B and Terry who were the only athletes to brave the cold and the rain to make the 12:30pm class. Both worked hard practicing deadlifts/l-sits/ring dips & OHS respectively.

    We spent 10 minutes during both classes on the overhead squat tonight. Some real improvement for our athletes and reinforcement of the movement. Remember active shoulders and point your elbows down (show me your armpits) as this will engage your back and shoulders making the lift stronger and safer.
