- 15 push-ups

Level 2

- 12 thrusters, 45kg
- 10 pull-ups
- 20 push-ups

Level 3
4 rounds:
- 12 thrusters, 55kg
- 2 rope climb
- 25 pushups

    A lot harder in practise than on paper. Excellent coaching from everybody in the class. Relax the face, breath and focus on your technique brothers and sisters.
