If you haven’t been sleeping properly, stay at home and rest. Meditate. Get your groove back. Otherwise, come into the gym and smash out something special.

    Carolyn practiced squats and discovered the foam roller at her first class.

    Jahan and Ben B did back squats, presses, pull-ups and sit-ups.

    Chris L did y/day’s WOD and scored 10 & 10.
