Perform a total 32 intervals of the following movements in sequence:
1. Push-up
2. Squat
3. Sit-up
4. Lunge (alternating sides)
E.g. Perform 20 seconds of push-ups, rest for 10 seconds, then 20 seconds of squats …

Good intensity this morning, remember not to compromise range of motion with speed.
Good session this am inc the stretching. However, it would be good to manage the time to have a warm down at the end rather than a 6.58am finish. Some of us, unfortunately, have to leave on 7am to get to work.
