Sounds showery!
Interesting workout.
What weight does the deadlift ladder start at for men, and women?
What are the ascending weight increments?
Are we right in thinking that your final score is the total amount of weight successfully lifted over ten bars, or is it the last two bars successfully lifted? as it says “both lifts”?
How many ‘failed’ lifts over the ten bars are permitted?
Any other details would be much appreciated.
We’re looking forward to it. It’s going to be a blast!
Wow, interesting!!! So you lift then have 10 seconds to start the next lift? Cool…and tough!
Hi all,
We are reviewing the WOD based on equipment and space. In theory it’s a pearler but looks like logistics may pose a problem. So, we may have to alter this WOD (keeping within similar parameters).
Review outcome will be posted ASAP.
Apologies to all and sundry.
sounds RAD!
Shame this looked a lot of fun. Hope you can keep the movement but you may have to vary intensity to do so.
WOD will stand with a 15 second window per attempt. (Small edits made to original post.)
Initial load and increments will be revealed on the day.
How is it scored?
1 point per lift completed. Leader board will be close after the first WOD but there’s enough to separate everyone buy the end of the day.
hello head spins…
FYI: Ladies go first. Provisional heat list is just about the same but the ladies are all moved into heat #1. If any of the boys want to scale they can do the ladies weight. These competitors will get moved into heat 2. There will be a little bit of fiddling required at check-in.
Check-in at 8:30am!
WOD #1 kicks off at 9:00am!
