Five round triplet

Five rounds:
- Double unders
- Get-ups*
- KB swings

Rep/load:
Level 0 – 20 reps, swings at 16kg/12kg
Level 1 – 25 reps, swings at 20kg/16kg
Level 2+ – 30 reps, swings 24kg/20kg, wear a 10kg vest

* lie flat on your back and stand up to full extension (any way you want)

NB: this is a short, fast WOD; prepare with a solid warm-up, practice technique then go!

    Scaled it as I’m sore as heck. 5 rounds of 15 using 24kg kbell (dropped TGU after round 1). 7mins.
