It”s Remembrance Day, in honour of those who have served our country, let”s do “Murph”!
Level 2+ (and anyone who is game), as RX”d:
1600m run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1600m run
(wearing a 10kg vest)
Scaling:
Level 0
Divide distance and reps by 4
Level 1
Divide distance and reps by 2
NOTE: you may partition the movements but not the runs

Ouch, ouch, ouch!
Oh dear…just realised that i did too many reps in tonight’s ‘Murph’ w/o. I was doing the partitioning thing of 10 rounds (5/10/15) but i was doing 5/15/15….which effectively means i did an extra 50 pushups. Okay, so one side of my brain goes “doh!! – refund??”, and the other side goes…”investment”!!!!
