- 30 DB (hang) squat cleans
- 30 Burpees
Level 0:
- DB (hang) power cleans, 5-10kg
- Scale to 20 Burpees
Level 1:
- DB (hang) squat cleans 15-20kg
Level 2+ (as RX’d):
- DB (hang) squat cleans 20kg

I think you meant to call this WOD “Hell”ton! And for the 2nd day my writing must be cr@p – my time was 30:30 I reckon! An awsome performance 6am crew in the worst weather for 3x800m runs.
Andy’s time was 34:13, Ian had 38:30.
