From CrossFit Brisbane.
150 Kettlebell swings for time.
At the start of the workout and every minute on the minute, perform:
– 3 Burpees
- 3 Knees to elbows
Scaling:
Level 0 – 12kg KB, leg raises
Level 1 – 20kg/12kg KB
Level 2+ – 24kg/16kg KB
Record total time required to complete the swings
