Rotate through 10 repetitions of the following:
- Max. handstand hold
- Max. L-sit hold
- Max. plank hold

10min squat practice. Play with the mechanics of your squat. Find the different ways that you can move up and down safely and without pain.

Bottom-to-bottom Tabata squats. Record total reps and lowest reps completed in any round.
